TRAINING OUTSIDE THE BOX: WHAT TO KEEP AND WHAT TO SIMPLIFY ON VACATION

11-08-2026

Holidays arrive and the routine changes. The schedule is no longer the same, there's no box

nearby, equipment is missing, and when we think about training, the same question often comes

up: "So what do I do?"

You don't need to keep the exact same training routine. Holidays are also for resting, enjoying

yourself, and stepping out of your usual rhythm. But if you like staying active, you don't have to

choose between training as usual or doing nothing at all.

This is where simplifying makes sense.

A 20- or 30-minute workout, a run, some bodyweight exercises, or even a backpack with some

weight can be enough. The goal isn't to break records or replace what you do in the box. It's

simply to have an option for whenever you feel like training.

And often the hardest part isn't finding the time. It's knowing what to do.

Which exercises to choose? How many reps? How long to train? How to adapt if there's no

equipment?

It was precisely with this in mind that we created the CrossConnect Holiday Manual.

It's 4 weeks and 12 workouts, with 3 sessions per week, designed to be simple, adaptable, and

doable with little or no equipment. Holiday Manual - CrossConnect.pdf

You don't have to complete everything or follow the plan to the letter. The idea is much simpler:

whenever you feel like training, you no longer have to think about what to do.

You pick a session, adapt it to wherever you are, and train.

If you're going on holiday and would like to have this option with you, we prepared the manual for

you.
